How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic (Aotearoa New Zealand) orders should take 2-10 days.
International orders may still take up to 6 weeks to get to Australia, & between 2-3 months to get to the rest of the world. (In many cases it is faster but please be aware of this!)
(I generally post letter mail within 1-3 days, and packages within a week.)

Is there tracking for my order?
Most orders are sent as letter mail, so no. If there is tracking on your order it will be in the email confirming your order has been sent.
Packages come with basic tracking [collected, in transit, delivered], but if you want proper full tracking that costs at least $50nzd - you can contact me elsewhere if you really want that.
If you're just getting flat items and want to pay for package shipping with the basic tracking, you can also contact me elsewhere so I can sort that!

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yup! I live in New Zealand. I use NZ Post, so please check if they can send to your country if you're not sure. Find 'countries we currently can't send to' on this page to check.
Please be aware that shipping for packages (not letter mail) costs $13-19USD or more.

Shipping Details
If your order is only miniprints/stickers/bookmarks or other flat items that size, they will be sent in a card envelope or basic paper envelope + card to stop bending.
A5 prints and zines will either be sent in a card mailer or a compostable 'plastic' mailer, with cardboard to stop bending [note: it will need to stay under a weight and thickness, so the cardboard may not prevent it being bent entirely]
Anything as a package will be sent with bubblewrap, or something similar, in whatever is most appropriate packaging for the item.
in general, I try to use what is most efficient for your order, with at least some level of plastic protection from water damage, and cardboard to prevent bending, but if there is damage from my insufficient packaging please inform me and I'll do my best to replace what is damaged!

I made an order and money was taken but I haven't got any email confirmation!
Check your spam - but if it's not in there, feel free to email or message me elsewhere with the name you used in your order and I can check. I've had the occasional instance of this happening, and I've always gotten and sent the order already :)

Do you sell things for the same price here as in person?
Depends! For one, at markets I price things in NZD, this store is in USD. Generally I price things to the closest whole number - but the exchange rate changes all the time so things will never be exact. And sometimes it will be a little more or less depending on discount sales, or me forgetting to update price in both places. Some things are more effort to package for in person events than for shipping, or vice versa, so that can affect it!
If you live in NZ and would rather pay in NZD feel free to contact me, I'm happy to do orders manually in my nzd market prices and can just send you an invoice!

I want a print of some of your art that's not listed here! Can I request you order some?
Yes, probably! My usual mini prints (simple matte photo prints) I order every month and can get any quantity I want - so if you're happy waiting a little while for them that's easy!
For A5 350gsm satin prints, I make a5 print orders every few months, so I can potentially do that on request if I'm making an order soon.
I can also print on demand at home now, too! These prints are on 230gsm matte paper (a bit thinner than the other prints, and completely matte with no shine). My printer can't handle super dark and saturated green/blues so it does depend on the art, but feel free to ask!
Stickers: I can print thin matte-laminated vinyl stickers at home! They will be hand cut, and are water-resistant but not weatherproof. Not every design will work, but feel free to ask!
Regardless, I'm pretty happy to do this with the majority of the art I've made. Just contact me elsewhere and we can discuss it!

- most prints are on 300-350gsm satin uncoated card (has a slight shine)
- or home printed on 230gsm matte paper (no shine)
- aren't all perfectly a5 dimensions, some are thinner in width
- a5 approx 21x15cm (varies)
mini prints
- 10x15cm
- photographic prints. either matte or semi-shiny
- These are not super thick, and will bend/curl a little from temperature changes (ie if they're just blu-tak'd onto the wall)
